What is your turnaround time?


The estimated turnaround time given is 4 weeks. This is the time frame I attempt to finish a web design project. Please keep in mind that every project is different and requires a little more/less. Revisions also may prolong the design process. Turnaround times can vary. If you are at a crunch for time, there is an option to rush your service. The rush fee is an extra $150 added to your service total. Turnaround times do not include weekends or holidays.




What if I do not like the design?


It is my duty to provide my clients with my best work. There are times when we may not be on the same creative note. I will continue to work with you until we decide on a look you are satisfied with. However, there is a limit of 3 free revsions. After you reach your max of 3 revisions, there will be a $20 fee for each additional revision. Once a project is finalized and site is transferred over to client, ANY future changes will incur a fee.




I am no longer interested. Can I receive a refund?


All purchases are 100% non refundable!




Can I pay you after I have seen the work?


Unfortunately, no. All services are to be paid in full before any projects are started. If you are not sure of whether you will like my work, please be sure to take a look at some of the previous web designs I have done in my portfolio located, below. Again all monies are non refundable once payment has been made.




I am interested in a website. How do I proceed?


A website consultation is required. Consultation must be scheduled prior to purchase of a website. The website consultation is $150 and will apply to your final service total.





What if I have poor communication or I have missed my consultation?


Due to my workload and the value of my time, after 1 week of communication loss I will no longer continue to service you. You are not subjectible to a refund due to the issue coming from the client's behalf. Once service is cancelled, I will no longer work with you for any future services. If you miss your first inital scheduled consultation, you have ONE chance to make up for your initial consultation. Please reschedule your make up consultation with me via email within one week of your first missed consultation date. If you do not reschedule within one week or you miss your make up consultation as well, you forfeit your deposit of $150. You are able to schedule another consultation at a later date, but you will have to re-pay the website consultation fee of $150, starting as new.




Which website host do you use?


I solely use WIX or Shopify for all website design purposes.




Do I need professional photography?


Although it is not a requirement, for the most professional and put together look when it comes to your website design professional images are highly recommended. If you do not have professional photos, please try your best to take pictures in great lighting and NON busy backgrounds. If you do not have any photos, I do offer the option of stock photos.




Which forms of payment do you accept?


Accepted forms of payment are as such: • Stripe payment (provided through my website) • Zelle (reach out to me via email to receive zelle access) I DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP OR PAYPAL.




How long do I have to provide you with information for my website?


Clients have 7 business days from receiving what is needed to complete their website, to provide me with information, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! The longer you wait, the longer you are holding up the design process. If you exceed 7 business days and I have not received all of your website information, I will cancel your design service. Please note, no refunds are allowed under any circumstances. Please be sure to send me ALL information needed for your website within the 7 business day time period. I will not backtrack to more emails for things client wants to add after the time period has expired.





LOGO POLICIES

What is your turnaround time?


Logo Design turnaround time is generally 7 business days (business days are Monday-Friday) Turnaround time does not include holidays or weekends! Please keep in mind, design process does not start the same day as your day of purchase. The design process starts the next business day after you have purchased your design service. Revisions are sometimes needed when designing and figuring out that perfect design for a client's brand. Revisions result in an additional 1-2 days business days to the general turnaround time. Clients are provided 4 free revisions. Any additional revisions will result in an additional fee of $25 each. Rushed services are available for an additional $150 to your service total.




What's needed for a logo design?


1. Business Name - What is it that you do? Give a brief summary on your business. I cannot pick your business name or your brand colors for you. Please have this information thought out before purchasing this service. 2. Please provide 2-3 logo inspiration images. *Providing these images is to give myself an idea on what it is you're looking for. I will not copy over another graphic designers work. So your logo will not look just like the images you may provide* If you are not 100% ready to start the design process, do not purchase this service.




What is the logo design process?


Once client has provided all needed information (as stated above), client will receive 2-3 logo design concepts sent via email. Out of these logo design concepts, client is able to decide which concept they like best. Client will have the opportunity to make any revisions to the concept of their choosing. *Revisions do result in an additional 1-2 business days to the general turnaround time. Once client is satisfied with the logo design, the finalization process begins. This means wrapping up finishing touches and creating the needed files for client. All finalized logos are sent via email! In this case, please provide a working email address. You will receive the following logo files: • Black background (social media purposes) • White background (social media purposes) • Transparent PNG File (used for watermarking, prints, or labels) • AI File • PDF File




Am I able to receive a refund?


All services are 100% non-refundable!




Do I own the rights to my logo?


Once your logo design has been finalized and sent to you via email, you own 100% of all rights to your logo. I only use your logo for portfolio purposes.

When will I receive my finalized logo?


Please keep in mind that if revisions had to be made to your logo design, an additional 1-2 business days was added to your general turnaround time of 7 business days. If you did not need revisions to your logo, you are still able to receive your finalized logo design up to 11:59PM on the 7th business day of your turnaround time. What if I do not like the design you sent?


If you are not pleased with any of the logo design concepts sent to you via email, please speak up and let me know. It is my duty to continue working with the client until we create a logo design that you are satisfied with. Do not finalize on a logo design that you are not pleased with. After logo designs are finalized, there are no more changes provided to the design. Anything extra after finalized email has been sent will result in the purchase of a new logo design. There will be times that our visions do not come together. I will try my best to deliver what it is the client is requesting. Please be understanding, patient, and open minded.
